SELECTIOTN
Utmost attention is given to the recruitment of poersonnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as a group policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to rigorous vetting. Further our internal Security Department in each region is resonsible for verification and background checks on the services records of each employee .
POLICE VERIFICATION
All security personnel are thoroughly screend and verfied vide police records before selecton. Complete Details of place of residence, references, photographs, Fingerprints and employment history are kept on record.
TRAINING
Before deployment it is mandatory for all our employees to undertake a preliminary security training course which imparts necessary skills to perform duties.In addition to lessons on guarding skill they are taught the rudiments of fire fighting and first aid . The training process is ongoing and progressive througout the employees's career to refresh and further develop their knowledge.
SUPERVISION
We realize that supervision is equally important in order to provide quality service. In this regard, we have a strong operations team comprising of Manger, Field Officers and Beat Marshalls who constantly check on assignment and guards. This entire operation is backed bu a 24 hour Control Room to enable clients and our guards to obtain assistance at any time.
